Thanks Gary,
We appreciate that. We have two large
events in Reno in September. It will arrive just in
time. We shouldn't need the other manual though. As you
know by our business name we do Kettle Korn as well.
Just want to fill you in on a small event
that we did in Ely, Nevada. It was their Art in the
Park. They wouldn't let us do funnel cakes because they
already had a person doing them. We do a lot of
different toppings and they were only doing P/S and Cinn.
sugar. They were doing 8" cakes in stainless pots
and spooning the funnel cake mix into a small and I mean
small funnel. They had a line of people and we timed how
long it took to cook one. 20 minutes. If you send us
some cards we can help these poor people. Even though
they are a competitor, they are all good people and we
don't mind helping out.
I included some pictures of our cakes and
set up.
Thanks again and we look forward to putting both units
to work. You sure have saved us a bundle of time with
these dispensers.
