have him contact us. We shipped a Funnel Cake Dispenser to him
C.O.D. on Thursday, May 28, 2009 and it arrived in Ladson, SC. on June 2,
2009. Thomas Phillips paid for it with a check on a closed bank
account in the name of Jessica L. Phillips, 132 Cattle Drive Ln., Ruffin,
SC. 29475.
We have repeatedly tried to telephone
him concerning remitting payment with a good check. We have been
unable to contact him.
We are turning the matter over to the
Dorchester Sheriff's Dept. and the City of Summerville's Police Detective
Dept..
If you know of his whereabouts please
contact him or us and save him legal expenses plus possible felony
charges.
